People from outside the Boston area often ask about meeting with me here, especially if they are unable to find an expert in in their state or country. One or two trips to Boston for a day or two can be VERY beneficial.

Everyone works with me directly. I do NOT run a clinic. Consultations involve just the two of us, solving a vexing problem.
